The Kröller-Müller Museum is a national art museum and sculpture garden, located in the Hoge Veluwe National Park in Otterlo in the Netherlands. The museum was founded by art collector Helene Kröller-Müller and opened in 1938. It has the second-largest collection of paintings by Vincent van Gogh, after the Van Gogh Museum. The museum had 380,000 visitors in 2015.

Nationaal Park De Hoge Veluwe is a Dutch national park in the province of Gelderland near the cities of Ede, Wageningen, Arnhem and Apeldoorn. It is approximately 55 square kilometers in area, consisting of heathlands, sand dunes, and woodlands. It is situated in the Veluwe, the area of the largest terminal moraine in the Netherlands. Most of the landscape of the park and the Veluwe was created during the last Ice Age. The alternating sand dune areas and heathlands may have been caused by human utilization of the surrounding lands. The park forms one of the largest continuous nature reserves in the Netherlands.

TRIP FROM AMSTERDAM // Canal cruise, bike tour, lighthouses

Take a trip from Amsterdam! Whether it's a day trip or weekend trip, there is so much more to North Holland. In the area just north of Amsterdam, there is so much beauty and there are so many activities to do. This vlog is just the first of three!

In this vlog, I take a canal cruise through Broek in Waterland and end up in Monnickendam. And a bike tour (with e-fatbikes) from Monnickendam to Marken and the stunning sight at Het Paard van Marken.

Terletak di jalan Meir No 50, Paleis op de Meir adalah bangunan bersejarah yang dimiliki kota Antwerp, Belgia.

Paleis op de Meir bergaya Rococo, dibangun pada tahun 1745 oleh seorang pedagang kaya raya Johan Alexander van Susteren, dan kemudian pada tahun 1811 berpindah tangan dibeli oleh kaisar Prancis, Napoleon Bonaparte, yang saat itu menguasai area setempat.
Untuk seorang Napoleon, Antwerp bukan saja kota yang indah namun juga sangat strategis dengan adanya pelabuhan besar dimana menjadi basis militernya.
Pada saat memiliki Paleis op de Meir, Napoleon membagi bangunan ini menjadi 4 bagian apartemen dan merenovasinya dengan gaya empire.

4 tahun kemudian, Napoleon menyerah kalah di medan peperangan di kota Waterloo, dan kemudian diasingkan ke Pulau Elba, Italia. Sejak saat itulah Napoleon tidak pernah lagi melihat kota Antwerp dan rumahnya.

Kepemilikan Paleis op de Meir berganti-ganti sepanjang sejarah, sempat ditinggali oleh Willem I, raja dari The United Netherlands, lalu Raja Leopold II, dan Raja Boudewijn yang kemudian menyerahkan bangunan ini kepada pemerintah lokal setempat.

Saat ini siapa saja bisa masuk ke dalam Paleis op de Meir dan menggagumi interior dan sejarah bangunan ini, jika tertarik ingin makan siang disini juga bisa karena ada Café Imperial yang menyajikan makanan khas Eropa, juga ada butik coklat yang dimiliki chocolatier terkenal Belgia, Dominique Persoone.
