Hay que despedirse, la niebla toma la vista, ¿o sean las lágrimas de despedida?

Von Alija del Infantado über La Bañeza nach Astorga. Ein schöner Weg, mit Burgen, Störchen, Fröschen und unerwarteten Hindernissen. In der Mitte von Nirgendwo: glücklich, gelbe Pfeile zu sehen. La Bañeza und erneut andere Pilger. Auch auf dem Weg, zusammen mit Orchideen. Astorga, die Kathedrale und der Bischofspalast von Gaudí, das Ende des Weges für dieses Jahr. Nun heißt es, sich zu verabschieden. Nimmt der Nebel die Sicht, oder ist es wegen der Abschiedstränen?

Then the meat is dry-aged in temperature-controlled refrigerators to enhance its flavours up to 180 days.
