Kinging-It in the Vale: SUP | Paintballing | Go-Karting
Around the Vale! - One jam-packed day full of stand up paddle boarding, paint balling and go karting! SUBSCRIBE - NEW VIDEOS EVERY WEDNESDAY! ✩ Instagram - ✩ ✩ Twitter - ✩ Our Equipment:
This week Kinging-It worked alongside the Vale of Glamorgan council to showcase some of the best activities on offer around our home town. Needless to say we had a brilliant day (yes all shot in just one day!) Totally ready for bed by the end of it!
We kick started our day by stand up paddle boarding with South Wales Paddle boarding at Ogmore beach. What a morning it turned out to be, even the sun made an appearance! Jim and Mark were the funniest instructors ever, we had such a laugh and actually manage to stand up pretty easily! The scenery was amazing, it was so calm and relaxing not to mention the group of horses riding alongside us. Bliss.
We then headed over to Taskforce Paintball situated in Cowbridge where we tried our hand at shooting some guns.. and Aimee (sorry about that). It was a bit of a change from relaxing SUP! We got straight in there running around like 10 year olds, throwing paint grenades and shooting like our lives depended on it! It was all fun and games until Aimee got shot in the leg.. ouch! Mega thanks to James (the nicest guy ever) for letting us come and have a play!
And finally to finish off our day we headed to Llandow where we met Paul and Margaret from South Wales Karting Centre. They got us all geared up in our jumpsuits and let us loose on the tracks! The track is actually the largest outdoor circuit in South Wales! It was super cool feeling the air on your face and the smell of the petrol.. not for the faint hearted!
Brilliant day out, met some really cool people and made some fantastic memories. Thanks to everyone that was involved in making the day! We love you loads. Aimee and Craig x
