Llegar hasta estos lugares no es nada fácil. Son bastantes horas de viaje y por eso son lugares que poca gente en Costa Rica conoce, sin embargo el viaje valió la pena.

Best View Farm in Pavones
Land size: 10 Hectares (25 Acres)
This beautiful farm/forest property has many great features and is being offered at an excellent price. The 26 acres includes a buildable open grassy area of about 5 acres with Gulf views and Jungle views.
There is a gently sloping path that is about an 8 minute walk through shaded jungle that leads to the valley floor where you will find 500 meters of the cool waters of La Yerba River winding its way through the middle of the property.
There is about 2.5 acres of flat buildable land along the river where you will find private and secluded building areas.
The other half of the farm is heavily forested and rises up to a high ridge overlooking the Golfo Dulce. Nature trails can be opened to take advantage of the plentiful wildlife viewing opportunities.
This would be a great Ecotourism project property or private estate. 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Pavones, it is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, hardware stores, surfing, fishing, and more.

Pavones, home of the 2nd longest left break wave in the world - 1 of the top 5 worldwide surf destinations. This video was shot during low tide in the rainy season. Pavones is a very relaxed and laid back little town in the off season. And gorgeous, too, just look at the video!
