Quakertown is a borough in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in the USA. As of 2016, it had a population of 8,798. The borough is 16 miles south of Allentown and Bethlehem and 29 miles north of Philadelphia, making Quakertown a border town of both the Delaware Valley and Lehigh Valley metropolitan areas. It is considered part of the United States Census Bureau's Philadelphia−Camden−Wilmington MSA and the Delaware Valley. Quakertown is surrounded by Richland Township.
