Springerville is a town in Apache County, Arizona, United States, within the White Mountains.
The town that grew around Henry Springer's trading post was officially given its name on May 10, 1876.
Outlaw Cowboy Ike Clanton, who was present at the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, was shot dead in Springerville on June 1, 1887, by detective Jonas V. Brighton when he resisted arrest on charges of cattle rustling.
That's where our drive through Arizona began after arriving from New Mexico.

Arizona 40 Acres For Sale Owner Financing
This huge 40 acre ranch (In Sec 1) is located in Northeastern Arizona. It is located very close to The Petrified Forest National Park and is also covered in trees. The property is located south of County Route 7002 and west of CR 7005. It is midway between Interstate 40 and US 180, approximately 40 miles east and south of Holbrook and about 45 miles southwest of Sanders and Chambers.The Petrified Forest National Park is to the east of the property. It also has juniper trees and cedar trees on it adding to this high desert landscape. The elevation is about 6,600 ft and the property is zoned A-General. This 40 acre ranch located in Northeast Arizona. It is about 50 miles North of St Johns, which is the county seat of of Apache County, Arizona. St Johns, which has a population of about 3,500, offer many amenities including shopping, schools, a public pool and library. Snowbirds will find the warm sunshine, blue skies and the high desert lifestyle enjoyable.
This region is increasingly being utilized by the urban populations of Phoenix and Tucson as a pleasant retreat from the hot summer temperatures and an escape from chaotic urban life. Arizona's growth rate is among the highest in the nation. Census reports show the state grew by nearly 1.5 million residents from 1990, when it had more than 3.6 million residents, to more than 5.1 million in 2000. 7.3 million residents were expected by 2010.
There are many recreational to do and explore around this 40 acre lot. There is Concho Valley Country Club & Golf Course, which is located 40 miles Southwest of the property. Concho Lake, which is one of Arizona'a few spring fed lakes, is also only 40 miles away. For boating, fishing, camping and water sports, there is Lyman Lake State Park, which is located about 38 miles South from this property. The world's largest and most colorful concentrations of petrified wood is also nearby. The Petrified Forest National Park & Painted Desert,which covers 93,000 acres, includes petroglyphs left behind by past cultures.

California to New York: A Complete Road Trip
This is a complete road trip compilation from Santa Monica, California to New York City over eight different days from June-September, 2017 - all recorded in time-lapse at 4fps (nearly 100,000 frames total). Of the 3,253 miles (5,235 kilometers) driven, about 3 miles of this drive is missing, mostly in Colorado near Poncha Springs. Nearly all of this drive was done in daytime, but there is about 10 minutes of this video done in darkness in Arizona (about 1:00:00 to 1:10:00). The weather was good for the most part, except from Pennsylvania all the way to the Bronx, before clearing up in Manhattan. This trip also includes driving through the solar eclipse of August 21 in Nebraska (at about 3:30:00), as well as driving over the old Tappan Zee Bridge in upstate NY, which permanently closed a month later with the opening of the new Mario M Cuomo Bridge adjacent to it.

The highest elevation of the drive was 11,539 ft (3,517 m) at 2:28:10. The highest elevation anywhere on the U.S. interstate system is 11,158 ft (3,401 m) at 2:33:41. Both of these elevations are two of the three continental divide crossings; the other, at 2:04:38 (10,856 ft / 3,309 m), is the first.
The hottest temperature of this trip was 110 F (43 C) in Needles, California (about 0:40:16), and the coldest temperature of this trip was 53 F (11 C) in Tusayan, Arizona (about 1:10:04) - only about 230 miles (370 km) from Needles.

Amazing 50 Day Road Trip Across the USA and Canada
Eight months ago we had an idea... An idea that would take us on a journey across America... This summer we decided to make that idea a reality.
After eight months of planning, many hours of mapping routes and making reservations, and a final three days of intense packing, sorting and repacking; we embarked on our 50 days, 10,000 mile road trip through 38 states and Eastern Canada.
