Tim's Tours: The Road to Wiltz
Riding a fully laden Tiger 1050 Sport along one of the best motorbiking roads that you could ever hope to discover. Despite the title, it's technically two roads: the first joins the second for the final few kilometers to the town of Wiltz in Luxembourg, but they combine to give 12 mins of motorcycling bliss, with S-bend after S-bend and an almost perfect road surface. It was a fine August day, although riding into the sun did make reading the road tricky in places and the video quality was affected as the camera had to work hard to cope with the rapid changes in light levels. Best listened to with some good speakers to fully appreciate the Triumph triple!
Watch out for some bikers parked-up on both sides of the road about halfway through the clip, shortly after I make the right turn at the junction at the railway crossing. It looks like one of them had lost it on a bend coming from the opposite direction, but thankfully all riders seemed to be ok.
