Bend Oregon Live in Bend, Work in Bend, Play in Bend I did it and you can too.
#BendOregon #movingtobend #RelocatingtoBend or anywhere is a huge undertaking and my wife and I with our four kids also made the same choice to #relocatetoBend in 1996 only we didnt have all the help from Google and Facebook groups etc etc, so you’re going to be fine. What is the first step? You’ve already made it by doing some research and watching videos like mine, but the next step is to make a personal connection, boots on the ground, a person that you trust and can depend on for all the details and help you will need along the way. Calling me is going to answer so many little questions that you cannot get online. Ive lived in Bend Oregon, raised our children and spent the last 22 plus years navigating the area, schools, jobs, economy through good times and bad, so lets get this train rolling give me a call or text me anytime. my cell is at the bottom of the discription. #MovetoBendOregon? #RelocatetoBendOregon #WhymovetoBend Oregon pro’s and con’s? Things to do in Bend, Are you sure this is a good idea? How will we survive? Where will the kids go to school? What schools do they have in Bend? What's the housing market like?? Are there any jobs in Bend? How much snow do you really get? Are people friendly to outsiders? Are there bad schools? Eastside or westside? Is there a mall? How hot is it in the summer? How diverse is the culture? Should we rent first then buy a home? How do we know who to talk to? How hard is to relocate to Bend?
All valid questions. Feel free to call me directly, and please don’t wait until last minute when you visit Bend call ahead at least a week or two so I can make time to meet you personally.

Thanks for visiting my profile! I think one of the most important #qualitiesarealtor can have is the ability to listen to what the client is asking for then deliver it. This is a huge value to buyers and sellers. I am a great listener, and my reviews back that up, Im also good at guiding and navigating my clients through the sometimes very tricky process of a real estate transaction. There are no perfect transactions, its normal for the unexpected to come up and that is when its valuable to have an agent that has the experience and personal skills to solve problems and keep you protected at all times. I started #buyingandsellingrealestate in Bend in 2000, since my first purchase in Oregon I've owned many homes and built a few businesses that have thrived growing to over 50 employees before selling in 2007, at that time I began flipping homes which led to my love for real estate and serving many people in the process. I love working with all kinds of people, from all walks of life in fact; it's my greatest joy to meet a person I would not have known otherwise and to become friends over a period of time. I've always said that people are what make life worth living, and that is why so many people come to Central Oregon to improve the quality of life they have and to meet new people that will impact their lives, in fact that's what brought my wife and I with our four children to Bend over 20 years ago from the busy Bay Area in California, we have never regretted it for a moment! If you are looking for a real person to guide your steps whether you're a first time buyer or someone to get the job done with zero drama for the more experienced buyers I would invite you to interview me anytime, maybe we are a good fit. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me and I look forward to learning more about you as well.

The combination of Funner and COD is my favorite ride in Bend. Here is a sample of the COD section down to the ranger station (at The Inn of Seventh Mountain).

A HUGE Butte in Bend, OR! & Tumalo Falls
I stop in Bend for a few days to see some sights. I stop at Lava Butte just south of Bend. It's a cool cinder cone that is very well preserved with a crater and a large lava flow extending all the way to the Deschutes River. Then I drove up to Tumalo Falls. It was very snowy there. I stopped at Benham Falls on the way back to camp but was too tired/lazy to really talk or show it properly. But hope you enjoy traveling with me anyways. LOL

Hikes Near Bend Oregon: WYCHUS CREEK
Welcome to Episode 1 of Treeline Journal's new YouTube channel!
We made a lot of mistakes filming/editing this one but had a blast as a family getting out to hike on the Upper Wychus Creek Trail just south of Sisters, Oregon and near Bend. In the intro, after my wife and I goof around for a bit, we talk about the trail and its features, what hazards to watch out for (especially if hiking this trail with your kids), and we capture some silly but profound commentary from our three year old boy, Dash. Because this is our first video, we also talk about what we want this channel to be and where it's heading. Follow our journey if so inclined by tapping the subscribe button!

BEND OREGON | 4K | VISITOR GUIDE 4K UHD HDR
It's not actually news: individuals are moving to Oregon from the whole way across the United States. As of the start of 2018, Oregon is the nation's number 2 movement goal. Be that as it may, in the event that you're pondering moving to Oregon, at that point, we have to get progressively explicit. It's a major spot. So which Oregon would we say we are discussing here? Lavish Pacific downpour woods continuously offers an approach to pines, volcanic scenes, and stunning vistas of water, mountains, and sky. The air also starts to change. You'll need to stop your vehicle, venture outside, and breathe in the fresh, clear air for a couple of minutes. You can nearly taste the extensive size, the huge, strange spread of the American West. We're not simply waxing graceful. It's something you can underestimate in the wake of living in here for some time, however in case you're considering moving to Bend, the principal activity is simply inhale the air. It could be love at first inward breath. Attempt the water as well: it's the absolute best open savoring water the world. These are a portion of the little, yet very huge joys of living in Bend. Obviously, you won't have any desire to stop there. Curve is a spot you have to investigate to completely acknowledge, regardless of whether its the several miles of singletrack that line the Cascades, the immaculate conduits of the Deschutes, or the well-trod pathways of the Bend Ale Trail. With 16 neighborhood microbreweries, it's the greatest such course in the West. Individuals in Bend surely realize how to unwind and have a good time. The thing to remember about living in Bend, however, is that there's a positive culture of acquiring that unwinding. It's the burgers and rounds of cold lager in the wake of descending from a five-day exploring trek in the Jefferson Wilderness territory. There are wonderful perspectives on the mountains all over Bend, however, Bend's inhabitants know: it's insufficient just to take a gander at and respect them. To know the mountains, you must be in the mountains. Prospering and experienced swashbucklers alike will have more than bounty to do. Attempt shake moving at the widely acclaimed Smith Rock, or let Wanderlust Tours take you underneath the stones for a spelunking background you'll always remember. Come wintertime, hit the inclines at Mount Bachelor. Shockingly better, join a canine sledding undertaking. For the strong of body and heart, consider participating in one of Bend's numerous world-class open-air athletic rivalries, from trail running, cycling, and mountain biking to cyclocross, bouldering, multi-disciplinary races, kayaking, snowboarding, and, obviously, brew runs.

Central Oregon rivals San Diego as one of the most important craft beer centers of the United States. Deshutes brewery is the seventh largest craft brewery in the United States. I returned from my visit to Bend Oregon with a gallon beer and cider and I can't wait to share. You can see the full video on my personal Facebook page..,Central Oregon rivaliza con San Diego como uno de los más importantes centros de cerveza artesanal de los Estados Unidos. Bend Oregon (full of surprises)
When the solar, suspension and tires were all completed we needed a holiday and chose a the pretty and sophisticated town of Bend, Oregon to spend 5 days. It is a pretty town on the river, and situated in an area of natural beauty.
The Old Mill area with restaurants and lovely shops, the main street and surrounds on the river, coffee shops and river parks to spend a sunny afternoon.
We walked a lot, had a ride in a rare aircraft with a lot of history - flown by Amelia Earhart and others.
We felt very at home here and would love to come back and see the town and surrounds in another season.

Van Life - Smith Rock's Misery Trail & Camping in Bend
Days 31-32 on the Road - We've really been enjoying Bend, Oregon. We've been working during the day, but have been super pleased with the coffee shops we've found so far. Spoken Moto was such a great atmosphere for us to work in, not only with super rad bikes everywhere (they actually have a shop within the warehouse where guys are working on bikes), but they had great coffee, beer on tap, plenty of seating, free wifi, and food trucks outside...including a waffle truck (Get the waffle with sausage and gravy!).
We'd been wanting to check out Smith Rock so we stopped working around 3pm so we could hike Misery Trail ~ roughly 3 miles with an nice incline to start and great views the whole trek. (You do need a state park pass or just pay for a day pass when you park)
We continued to stay at Tumalo State Park with our friends, sharing the cost of a single site. Worked out great!
