Tennessee Safari Park
We had a great time at the Tennessee Safari Park! The park is located in Alamo, TN. If you are looking for things to do in Tennessee, try this! The ostriches were crazy! But crazy fun! If you ever get the chance to go to the drive-thru Tennessee Safari Park, go. It was a lot of fun for our whole family

Alabama Safari Park June 2018
There is a new animal park that opened near Montgomery. We went there on Saturday and took Grandpa. They have a 350 acre drive through park with buffalo, camels, zebra, llamas, ostriches, emus, watusi cows, and different kinds of deer. The price is pretty reasonable and once you pay, you can go around the loop as much as you want. When you get back to the gift shop they have giraffes you can feed and a bird exhibit you can walk through. The animals are very used to people and a little pushy about getting their buckets of food. We loved feeding them. The food costs $3.50 a bucket. If you are near Montgomery, check them out.

Cabin Camping at Monte Sano State Park
We spent two nights in Monte Sano State Park which is right outside of Huntsville, Alabama on a little mountain. We also drove over to Helen Keller's birthplace in Tuscumbia, AL, since my younger sister had recently studied about her in school. I hope you enjoy this little recap of our time there in July!

AN ALABAMA SAFARI | Huntsville, AL (Travel Vlog 7/14)
WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO SURPRISE GRANDMA FOR CHRISTMAS! Join our family of 4 as we embark on the trip of a lifetime. Our cross country road trip starts in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and will end on California's bright and sunny central coast, which means we will cover most of the US! The first half of our trip will consist of us meandering our way through the south and then finishing off spring of 2019 by making our way back up through the northern half of North America! Instead of boring hotels, we will mostly be AirBnBing a week here, and a week there, so that we can get the most out of the area and a feel for each state. Besides, a unique AirBnB experience can often times be half the fun!
A big part of our trip is finding health food stores and markets that sell organic produce so that we can stay as organic and gluten-free as possible. David follows a strict AIP (auto-immune paleo) diet so it's important that we have the necessary outlets to supply our demand. Plus, we love to cook and find fun and healthy things to eat!
Hope you enjoy! Like and subscribe if you had fun watching this vlog! xoxo
