River Ice Flow - Jan 13, 2017 - Williamsport, Pa
A second Ice Flow of the Winter, this ice had some snow on it and was favoring the North side of the River at Williamsport, Pa. Perhaps this ice originated up Pine Creek Valley. January 12, 2017 saw temps in the 50s with some rain the days before brought creeks and streams up enough to clear out the waterways. Photographed by Kathy Kolb for NorthcentralPa.com at Susquehanna State Park in Williamsport.
