I shot this video during my holidays in Gran Canaria Island (Canary Islands, Spain). In 7 days I traveled with my partner Alessia (@peronealessia on Instagram) searching the most beautiful destinations and landscapes on the island. She, as an active Google local guide, created awesome itineraries every day through places, monuments, attractions and restaurants to visit.

Firgas Town Part II - Gran Canaria
Firgas, a small town famous for its production of sparkling mineral water, which is drawn from a spring in Barranco de las Madres, around 4 km (about 2.5 miles) away. Filling over 200,000 bottles a day, this tasty water is very popular throughout the islands.
This pleasant little town, which celebrated its 500th anniversary in 1988, features the Paseos de Canaria and de Gran Canaria, where a man-made waterfall cascades 30 metres (about 100 ft) down shallow steps in the centre of pedestrian passages laid out in 1995. On the backrests of benches at the walls of bordering houses you can see beautifully painted landscapes and historic symbols of the seven Canary Islands.
