Mallorca is located in the Mediterranean Sea and is a part of the Balearic Islands. I stayed in Alcudia and explored the island by car. Mallorca has a lot of towns, villages and beaches to explore. Here a some of them: Palma, Inca, Sa Pobla, Llucmajor, Santanyi, Felanitx, Manacor, Arta, Port de Pollenca, Soller and many more.

Newly built, modern 2-storey villa in Sa Pobla, near the coast in the north of Mallorca with stunning panoramic views of mountainous landscape. Ideal for a great holiday with your family and / or friends in a quiet area which luxury, comfort and exclusivity offers.
The 239m ² large villa with 15,000 sqm plot with private swimming pool with Roman decor (11m ² in diameter) and parasols and sun loungers.
Amenities include air conditioning (hot / cold), underfloor heating (perfect for any time of year, whether winter or summer), free high-speed Internet access.
Outside you have a furnished terrace, outdoor sofas, table tennis, 200m beautiful garden with lawn.
In addition, it has a covered barbecue area for your best parties and gatherings.
Similarly, there is a children's playground where your children can play safely and in peace. For the adults, offers the volleyball court.
The kitchen is modern and has a size of 22sqm. It is open to the living room and fully equipped. There is a large table, chairs and a high chair for the little ones.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also available.

'' S'Albufera '' Natural Park is located at Artà - Port d'Alcudia road, km. 27.2, between the municipalities of Sa Pobla and Muro. It has a total area of 1708,75 hectares. It is the largest and most important wetland area in Mallorca. 268 different species of birds have been seen there being 61 the species breeding in the Park. You can find frogs, snakes or turtles living in the water. There are also 26 species of fish and 8 bat species.
