Tuesday, August 29, 2017
Today's drive takes us from Interstate Highway 70 near Thompson Springs, Utah south through Moab, skirting the Arches National Park along the way.
After Moab, we'll continue south on US Highway 191 through Monticello and then on into the Navajo Nation Reservation which straddles the Utah-Arizona state line. It also extends east into New Mexico.
Within the Navajo Nation Reservation is the Hopi Reservation; we'll skirt along the Hopi Reservation boundry on US Highway 160.
Shortly after passing through Tuba City, Arizona we'll connect with US Highway 89, which we'll follow south until we reach Interstate Highway 40 at Flagstaff.
Also at Flagstaff, we'll pick up Interstate Highway 17 and head south towards Phoenix and our delivery in Tolleson in the morning.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery!
