Walsoken is a village and a civil parish straddling the border of the English counties of Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. The village is 56 miles west of Norwich, 13.4 miles west-south-west of King's Lynn and 103 miles north of London. The nearest town is Wisbech which is 1.5 miles south of the village. The Village straddles the route of the B198 which was the old A47 renumbered in 1984 with the opening of the Wisbech bypass. The nearest railway station is at Downham Market for the Fen Line which runs between King's Lynn and Cambridge. The nearest airport is Cambridge International Airport. The village is located a small distance south-west of the A47 between King's Lynn and Swaffham. The nearest railway station is at King's Lynn for the Fen Line which runs between King's Lynn and Cambridge. The nearest airport is Norwich International Airport. The parish of North Runcton in the 2001 census, has a population of 266, increasing to 549 at the 2011 Census. Blickling is a village and civil parish in the Broadland district of Norfolk, England, about 1.5 miles north-west of Aylsham on the B1354 road. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 136 and covers 862 hectares , falling to 113 at the 2011 Census. Since the 17th century the village has been concentrated in two areas, around the church and also at the park gates of Blickling Hall. Most of the village is contained in the Blickling Estate, which has been owned by the National Trust since 1940.

This is a great estate and neighbourhood in the Walsoken area of northeast Wisbech.

Easy access to the A47 for commuters to Kings Lynn, Norwich and Peterborough to name just a few places.

Nice, well kept 2 to 4 bedroom houses and bungalows in a cul-de-sac setting with no through traffic.

Walsoken is set amongst hundreds of acres of apple and fruit orchards while enjoying the convenience of being part of a good sized city of Wisbech.

While Walsoken and Wisbech are in Cambridgeshire, it borders Norfolk and is less than 5 miles from Lincolnshire. The A17 is the other major commuter route nearby and takes you to Kings Lynn, Spalding, Boston, Sleaford and other destinations along the A17.
