Andy Smith's brilliant song, Breathe. I made this video for a special session of Xpressions Cafe at Chedgrave, which we put on for 40 students on the Eastern Region Ministry Course on 25th August 2009.

The shots come from a variety of places: sunrise and moonset at Bacton in Norfolk, as were the stormy seas. The lakes and mountains are the reservoirs in the Elan Valley in Mid Wales. The day I filmed there the weather was fabulous - the only really good day of our holiday. The shots of the people were taken at Liverpool Street station.

GET your cameras at the ready as the aurora borealis will be visible from parts of Britain tonight.Forget going to Iceland, Sweden or Norway – stargazers across certain parts of the UK might be able to glimpse the spectacular Northern Lights tonight. The largest solar flare in a decade occurs on Wednesday September 6, according to scientists. According to Alistair McLean, Managing Director of The Aurora Zone, the Northern Lights might be visible from the UK again tonight. He said: “The CMEs’ arrival is expected to trigger a G3 magnetic storm in the atmosphere which, in turn, will create more prolific Northern Lights displays in northern territories and maybe some sightings in areas well beyond the usual boundaries. “It is, therefore, a possibility that the Northern Lights could even be viewed in Southern England.”Both the Space Weather Prediction Center and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) believe outstanding displays will occur tonight (September 8). However it's very dependant on the weather so keep your eyes glued to the weather guide – rain and cloud will prevent it from being visible. The Aurora Borealis, form when charged particles from the sun penetrate the earth's magnetic field and collide with atoms and molecules to create bursts of light. The Northern Lights are is most commonly spotted in Norway and Sweden but recently solar activity has been increasing with the light shows occasionally visible in the skies above the UK.Northern Lights travel expert, Jonny Cooper, founder of Off the Map Travel, said: The beauty of nature and the Northern Lights is it's difficult to predict. We would recommend finding a spot with clear dark skies away from any pollution, look north and be patient. It just takes a break in the cloud to see the Aurora and it's well worth the adventure.Seeing the Northern Lights topped Brits’ Bucket Lists, in a recent survey with 45% of people saying it was their number one travel goal – so make sure you jump on a train and head north this evening. Top tips for seeing the Lights: 1. Wait until at least 30 minutes after sunset, due just after 6.30pm 3. Wait until the cloud clears and for your eyes to get used to the darkness 4. Stay far away from artificial light sourcesIf you're a bit too far south to spot the lights tonight, start planning a trip to Iceland. November to March is the best time to visit and you have more of a chance of seeing them if you go at a time of the month when the moon is small.It's a good idea to stay somewhere that has outdoor hot tubs as you can sit out in the warm and watch the night sky for any glimpses of the phenomenon.
