    Yeak Loam , also spelled Yak Lom or Yak Loum, is a lake and a popular tourist destination in the Ratanakiri province of north-eastern Cambodia. Located approximately 3 mi from the provincial capital, Banlung, the beautiful lake occupies a 4,000-year-old volcanic crater. Due to the lake’s tremendous depth 48 m , its water is exceptionally clean and clear. The lake is almost perfectly round and measures 0.72 km in diameter. Large trees and rich, lush rain forest, the home of many exotic birds and parrots, surround the lake.

    Kampong Thom is the capital city of Kampong Thom Province, Cambodia lying on the bank of the Steung Saen River. It is a mid-way stopover on the National Highway No 6 halfway between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.The Kampong Thom High School is North of the river bridge, and the Kampong Thom Market is on the south side of the bridge, followed by the main street and dual carriageway. Further south along the road is Steung Saen City also a district in Kampong Thom Province and a side road to the Floating Pagoda .     Kbal Spean is an Angkorian era archaeological site on the southwest slopes of the Kulen Hills to the northeast of Angkor in Siem Reap District, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. It is situated along a 150m stretch of the Stung Kbal Spean River, 25 kilometres from the main Angkor group of monuments, which lie downstream. The site consists of a series of stone rock relief carvings in sandstone formations of the river bed and banks. It is commonly known as the Valley of a 1000 Lingas or The River of a Thousand Lingas. The motifs for stone carvings are mainly myriads of lingams , depicted as neatly arranged bumps that cover the surface of a sandstone bed rock, and lingam-yoni designs.     The West Baray or Baray Teuk Thla Clear water Baray is a baray, or reservoir, at Angkor, Cambodia, oriented east-west and located just west of the walled city Angkor Thom. Rectangular in shape and measuring approximately 7.8 by 2.1 kilometers, the West Baray is the largest baray at Angkor and one of the largest handcut water reservoirs on Earth, possessing a current maximum capacity of 12 to 14 billion gallons of water .     Tonle Bati is a small lake about 30 km south of Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. It is a popular weekend destination for the local population. It is also a popular fishing spot for both tourists and people who live locally. Close to the lake, there is the Ta Prohm of Bati, one of several shelters built in Cambodia and Thailand during the reign of Jayavarman VII to house the Jayabuddhamahanatha statues. It is located off the highway to Takeo. 20 minutes south of the lake there is another temple called Phnom Chisor . It is situated on a mountain top which requires a visitor to climb 461 steps.
