Castelletto d'Orba is a comune in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 kilometres southeast of Turin and about 25 kilometres south of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,979 and an area of 14.3 square kilometres .The municipality of Castelletto d'Orba contains the frazioni Cazzuli, Crebini, and Passaronda. Castelletto d'Orba borders the following municipalities: Capriata d'Orba, Lerma, Montaldeo, San Cristoforo, and Silvano d'Orba.
