Ciney is a Walloon city and municipality located in the Belgian province of Namur. On 1 January 2006 Ciney had a total population of 14,958. The total area is 147.56 km² which gives a population density of 101 inhabitants per km². The municipality consists of the following sub-municipalities: Achêne, Braibant, Chevetogne, Ciney, Conneux, Leignon, Pessoux, Serinchamps, and Sovet, along with a number of villages, including Chapois. Several beers from the city are now brewed by Alken-Maes and still bear the name: Ciney Blonde, Ciney Brown, and Ciney Special. Those beers were first brewed in 1978. 1. Mardasson Memorial Bastogne
The Mardasson Memorial is a monument honoring the memory of American soldiers wounded or killed during World War II's Battle of the Bulge. Designed in the shape of a five-pointed American star, it is located near Bastogne in the Luxembourg province of Belgium. The first step toward the memorial was undertaken on July 4, 1946, with the presentation of some earth from the site to U.S. President Harry Truman. Dedication was on July 16, 1950.

Dinant, Belgium, is a scenic, historic town on the River Meuse, about an hour and 15 from Luxembourg City. It's the birthplace of Adolphe Sax, inventor of the saxophone and site of an impressive 19th-Century fortress that overlooks the city. Dinant saw much fighting during World War I. On August 23, 1914, 674 of its citizens were executed by German troops in the biggest German massacre of 1914. Several sites throughout the town memorialize the victims.

On August 29, 2009, I traveled from Uden, Netherlands towards Vosges, France.

The journey by train started in Eindhoven, Netherlands, but the video begins with sceneries from Station Namur (Namen), in Belgium.
This part one of two ends in Station Luxembourg.
Part two starts in Station Luxembourg, and the journey will be continued towards Thionville (France) , Metz (France), Nancy (France), Vittel.... France....
The video is without music, but train travel lovers know that the sound of trains IS music.... all adds would disturb the atmosphere......
