Clayworth is a village and civil parish in Nottinghamshire, England. At the time of the 2001 census it had a population of 319, increasing to 419 at the 2011 Census. The village is located 6 miles north-east of Retford, on the River Idle. Clayworth appears as Clavord in the Doomsday Book, where 37 households were registered in the parish, which in the context of the Doomsday Book was considered to be a large population. At that time Clayworth paid low amounts of tax at 2 geld units. By 1769 Clayworth appears as Cloworth. The Heights of Abraham Cable Car is a gondola lift in the English county of Derbyshire. About 1/3 of a mile long , it links the spa town of Matlock Bath with the Heights of Abraham, a tourist attraction 554 feet above. The line was built by Poma and opened in Spring of 1984. The cable cars were upgraded in 2004, making them larger and more accessible, to 12 x six-seater cabins, which operate in four trains of three cabins each. Getting stuck in weeds on the beautiful Chesterfield Canal

I head up to West Stockwith to navigate the Chesterfield Canal in my narrowboat. I meed up with YouTubers Robbie Cumming who has just completed the canal. Brady Haran and Tim Hein join me to record The Unmade Podcast. There's an explosion of plants on the canal in the humid summer heat and I discover what this beautiful canal is really like.

I use a Sony FDR-AX100EB Ultra HD 4K Camcorder This has a Hama UV Filter, coated, 62mm lens on the front to protect the camera I have a JJC MSA-MIS Cold Mount Adapter Converter on the top of the camera that holds the RØDE VideoMic GO microphone and to protect it from the wind noise I use a RØDE DeadCat GO Microphone Wind Shield

Driving in Nottinghamshire. North to South. Time Lapse. April 2016

Dashcam/Driving the length of Nottinghamshire, North to South. From Misterson (North) ending at Stanford on Soar (South). X4 Time Lapse.

The full journey is approximately 70+ miles, taking in part of the scenic route and would usually take 90 minutes with average daytime traffic flow.

Started at Clayworth then on to Misterton, which is the most northern publicly accessible village by transport. (The most northern village is Misson which is only accessible by using private roads).
Other villages and towns en-route include, Walkingham, North Wheatley, Welham, Retford, Barnby Moor, Blyth, passing Clumber Park (A614), Arnold, Daybrook, Whitemoore, Bradmore, (A60) Bunny, Costock, Stanford on Soar.

Note: Information about the most northern and southern villages of Nottinghamshire have been sourced from Wikipedia and other local websites that closely verify this.
My journey and video is just for fun and perhaps not geographically correct to the exact mile.
Some people, including myself, will question County boundaries in relation to postal codes and so on, but hey, that's another debate for another day. Thanks for taking a look, I hope you enjoy it all.
