Iloilo is a province located in the region of Western Visayas in the Philippines. Iloilo occupies a major southeast portion of the island of Panay and is bordered by the province of Antique to the west, Capiz to the north, the Jintotolo Channel to the northeast, the Guimaras Strait to the east, and the Iloilo Strait and Panay Gulf to the southwest. Iloilo's capital is Iloilo City, though the city itself is independent and not governed by the provincial government of Iloilo.

Iloilo has a plethora of Beach resorts but now, inland resorts are also everywhere in the province simply because farms, hills, and the mountains --- when developed well --- are also great places for recreation.
Based on personal experience, public opinion, and online popularity, we made a list of top 7 inland and farm resorts in iloilo.

A nice day trip to the nearby town of Guimbal. They have a lovely plaza. It is the nicest, cleanest, and best maintained plaza I have seen yet, in the Philippines. There are many nice towns here in the Iloilo province.

This video is about Iloilo Tourism.
Adventures of Gerald and Rhia honors and pays reverence and tribute to this great province, the province of Iloilo. We are staying true to our love for travel as main inspirations that led to the creation our channel that aims to explore and document life's wonders.
The Province of Iloilo occupies the northeastern portion of the island of Panay. It stretches 4,663 square kilometers and is politically subdivided into five congressional districts comprise of 42 towns and a component city.
It offers the best possibilities for island-hopping with its many idyllic island blessed with empty white beaches. The historic southern portion also play host to several established resorts. While the central portion, separated by mountain chains, with lush tropical vegetation, numerous waterfalls and caves has its share of inland resorts.

This year for our barangay fiesta we are raising pork, instead of 45 day chickens. Of course there are always ducks in the yard too. The concept was to keep half the meat from the pig, and sell half the meat - to defray the cost of the fiesta. Do you think it worked out well?

Attending a Funeral, Iloilo Philippines
I am supposed to be attending a funeral. After paying my respects, I went out to enjoy the town plaza. I was actually surprised at how many other people skipped the service. The Filipino wakes last about a week. Very little drinking, lots of gambling. Lots of family bonding time. The funeral service is very much like a standard US funeral service.

[HD] Guimbal Church & Plaza, Iloilo
Built in 1774 by a Spanish Priest, Father Campos, Guimbal Church is considered as one of the oldest churches in the Philippines. Its color is one of its unique features. The walls are made of yellow stones called igang.
Guimbal Iloilo is 30-40 minutes away from Iloilo City.
Tigbauan Plaza and Fiesta, Iloilo Philippines 2017
We went to Tigbauan for their fiesta... sort of... mostly we just hung out in the plaza and had lunch. Still a good day of family bonding.
Still cleaning up the hard drive - old footage. I accidentally have almost 50 Gb of video waiting to be used or stored... life is tough all over ha ha.
