II International Chianti weekend with Tesla Model S

Twelve Tesla Model S coming from Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Italy met in the eco lodge il Paluffo located in Certaldo not far from Florence for three days of culture, passion and relax. All the vehicles have traveled more than 7000 km without tailpipe emissions and saving more than 1000 kg of CO2.
The first stop was at the Brembo headquarter where the partecipants were able to visit the Brembo museum and the area where competition and standard brakes are developed and tested. Saturday the Model S had the unique chance to cross the historical center of Florence and park in piazza Strozzi, one of the most impressive florentine square. The tour continued among cozy hamlets of Chianti region travelling on pictoresque country roads surrounded by vines, olive fields and cypressus. In the evening, after the live Opera concert, the Hypermiler Teslaforum.it prix and Tesla Club Italy prix were awarded to the belgian team of Pascal and Isabelle Vandijck.
