Lempäälä is a municipality in the Pirkanmaa region of Finland with 23,103 inhabitants . Lempäälä is located south of the city of Tampere. The municipality covers an area of 307.06 square kilometres of which 37.51 km2 is water. The population density is 85.71 inhabitants per square kilometre . The municipality center of Lempäälä is situated on an isthmus between the lakes Vanajavesi and Pyhäjärvi which are connected by the Kuokkalankoski rapids and the canal of Lempäälä that was built during the 1870s and is still in use. 1. Ideapark Lempaala
Ideapark is a shopping mall in Lempäälä, Finland. It is notable for being very large by Nordic standards. The mall was built on a greenfield site alongside the Helsinki–Tampere motorway approximately twelve kilometres south of Tampere. It was opened for business on December 1, 2006. A new Ideapark was opened in Oulu in October 2014. The mall has a total floor space of 104,000 square metres, of which 91,712 square metres are the gross leasable area. By gross leasable area, it is the second largest shopping centre in Finland after the Sello in Leppävaara, Espoo.

Nuuksio National Park is one of Finland's 40 national parks. Established in 1994, the park spreads over an area of forests and lakes in Espoo, Kirkkonummi and Vihti. North-west from Helsinki, it is the second-closest national park to the capital behind the recently established Sipoonkorpi National Park. The name is derived from the Nuuksio district of Espoo. Located less than 30 kilometers from downtown Helsinki, the park can easily be reached by public transportation. Bus 245A leaves from Espoon keskus to Nuuksionpää and Kattila during daytime. Within the park there are eight marked trails for hiking. These trails vary in length and difficulty, being between 1.5 km and 17 km long. Parola Tank Museum, officially Armoured Vehicle Museum is a military museum located 110 kilometres north of Helsinki in Parola, near Hämeenlinna, Finland, a few kilometres from the Finnish Army Armoured Brigade training unit. It displays various tanks, armoured vehicles and anti-tank guns used by the Finnish Defence Forces throughout their history, including their latest Leopard 2A4 tank. A rare exhibit is an armoured train used in World War II. The museum was opened on June 18, 1961, when there were 19 tanks and 12 anti-tank guns on display.
