Today we are visiting the (disputed) highest village in Britain, Flash on the border between Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Cheshire. Now a welcome break for ramblers visiting The Roaches nearby to enjoy a drink at the highest village pub in Britain (again, other 'highest pubs in Britain' are available!), at one time this little village was a known haven for brigands, counterfeiters and other villainous types. It is due to this that Quarnford, as it was once known, became more widely known as 'Flash'.

This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, which accept five caravans or motorhomes and usually tents, space permitting. We have sheep, ponies and chickens that the children will love.Bluebell Farm offers a traditional camping holiday atmosphere located on a real farm.
As a Caravan &Camping Club certified site we are not obliged to provide toilets or showers, BUT WE DO! We will accept some small groups/single sex parties who appreciate we are a family campsite.
