We're Speaking at the RV Entrepreneur Summit 2019!!
On this Airstream Life vLog, the RVE Summit 2019 officially commences with registration on Thursday morning. We are there first thing to get our badges and swag...meanwhile isn't the logo for the conference amazing? Create Your Own Rules! What a great motto to live by and the talks all revolved around this topic.
After lunch, we got to check out the ballroom where we would be speaking and make sure we know what we are doing for our speech the following morning. That night is the official Welcome Party with amazing live music by a fellow RVer and lots of fun conversation with other attendees. We had to be careful we didn't lose our voices since we spoke the next day!
And then the time finally came for our RVE Summit 2019 speech. We spoke about Giving Your Money Purpose and Financial Freedom and we are thrilled about how the whole talk went. The audience was great and seemed to get a lot out of what we were saying...even though we were the less inspirational of the speakers. Many people came up to us afterwards to tell us how important our talk was and how it sparked conversation in their families which is more than we could ask for!
Meanwhile, what do you think of our on-stage selfie? Fun right?! That was Steve's idea and it really rounded out our whole experience talking perfectly. Thank you to Heath & Alyssa for giving us the opportunity to jump outside of our comfort zones and speak on such an important issue at such an amazing event.
After our speech we of course went to all the other mainstage talks as well. We wanted to show you a little of Keep Your Daydream's Keynote talk. It was so inspirational! We walked out of there with new goals on significance, our why, and so much more.
It's hard to believe the summit is coming to an end. This was an amazing experience and we hope we can go again next year.
Stay tuned for a video featuring the number one question we got about the Airstream while at the Summit before we hit the road!

Lexington Cemetery | Graveyard | History | Subtitles | Kentucky | USA
In this video we are exploring the Lexington Cemetery. There are some really neat old graves here. The most famous belonging to Henry Clay, with his big monument which can be seen in the sky from the road.
This is a large graveyard with some beautiful head stones. Found within the park is a tree dating back to the civil war, very fitting for a resting place for soldiers of various wars.
This video is in English. If you are wanting subtitles, they are available in English, French, Spanish and Japanese.

Sorghum making, SSHBEA Sport Horse competition
Fall seemed to officially arrive today, and it was definitely football weather in the Jungle where the Cannon County Jr. Lions were fighting it out with the Bulldogs in their last regular game of the season. They will be traveling to Hartsville next week for the first round playoffs. Whoever wins, Cannon County will be hosting the championships right here at the Jungle. These little guys are the future of your Lions football team so don't forget to come and lend your support. The fans were having as good of a time in the stands and on the grounds as the Juniors were having on the field. The 9-10 year olds won 6-0. The 11-12 year old Lions were next to play after the 9-10 year olds, with their ground pounding defense and excellent offense.
Plenty of people were seen from all over enjoying The Old Feed Store's Oktoberfest, which was still going strong at 1 p.m. Folks were seen browsing and enjoying the damp, but fall-like weather.
On the mountain, Short Mountain that is, was where the excitement was today. Locals Trent Hancock, Brian Alexander, Shawn Gunter were joined by Warren Countian Davie Sneed were making sorghum. The new days were embracing the old ways as mule power crushed the cane into a sweet juice, and cooked into its final sweet product. They will probably be there until about midnight, as it takes 6 hours from the cane to the jar. It is located about a mile or two behind Wood Church of Christ off of Highway 146 on Sally Parton Road.
No, the windshield wipers were not working to keep the light rain away, so an exhibitor resorted to an old fashioned umbrella, talk about a broke horse. Today, The Spotted Saddle Horse Breeder's and Exhibitor's Association sponsored the first leg of their Sport Horse World Grand Championship Show at the Cannon County Walking Horse Campground. The Competitive Trail Ride and Hunting Horse classes took place, with part two of the Sport House Championship to begin Friday, November 6. Competitors were seen not only from Cannon County but all over Tennessee and out of state. They were vying for the SSHBEA World Grand Championship titles today. Leah Warrick is shown from Cannon County vying for the Non-Pro Class.
Then Randy Spiegel from Benton, Tennessee is shown putting one of his spotted horses, Rock's Little Bit though its paces. The horses not only have to be athletes, they have to be mannerly, so easy does it and the smoother the better for a horse to come out on top and get a championship blue.
Then around 6:30 p.m., Mooretown VFD was called back to Tommy Parker Road to the house that burned last Thursday night. Everything was ok and put out quickly.
