Pelayos de la Presa is a Spanish municipality of the Community of Madrid. It has an area of 7.58 km² with a population of 2,417 inhabitants and a density of 318.87 inhabitants/km². Located in the southwest of the Community of Madrid and near the St. John's Swamp , which conditions its economy based mainly on tourism and services, so the local population multiplied by five in summer.

1. Royal Palace of La Granja of San Ildefonso La Granja De San Ildefonso
The Royal Palace of La Granja de San Ildefonso , known as La Granja, is an early 18th-century palace in the small town of San Ildefonso, located in the hills near Segovia and 80 kilometres north of Madrid, within the Province of Segovia in central Spain. It became the summer residence of the Kings of Spain from the 1720s during the reign of Philip V. The palace is in a restrained Baroque style, surrounded by extensive gardens in the formal Jardin à la française style with sculptural fountains. It is now open to the public as a museum.

Si por algo es famoso el municipio de Medio Cudeyo es por la tradición termal que le precede con el Balneario de Solares que data del siglo XVIII. Predominan en Solares-Valdecilla las casas solariegas y de indianos como es la finca del Marqués de Valdecilla del siglo XIX, amplio espacio natural de 15 hectáreas cuyo jardín posee robles y magnolios centenarios y seis edificios de gran singularidad. Actualmente el conjunto sirve de escenario para actividades formativas, culturales y congresuales.
