Travel with Simon by train to Seville in the south of Spain. Starting with the fast train from Toledo north of Madrid to Madrid Puerto de Attoccha railway station where I change trains and travel 1st Class or as it is known Preferente Class to Seville.
This travel video is part of my Spain Travel Vlog series, I am currently travelling around Europe and this is my first Preferente 1st class train journey in Spain. The railway network in Spain is excellent and the trains super fast.

This is the Gran Bahia Principe El Portillo All-inclusive Resort located just outside the town of Las Terrenas in the Samaná Province of the Dominican Republic. We traveled to this all-inclusive hotel in December/January with the charter holiday company Star Tour which is the same charter company and shares the same logo as the British Thomson Holidays. This video is a slow walking tour around the grounds of the Gran Bahia Principe El Portillo. The aim of the footage is to provide viewers with the feel, atmosphere and sounds of the resort on a normal day while on holiday. We hope that the footage will help travellers (who have not visited before) make a decision as to whether or not to visit this All-Inclusive Resort and to travellers who have been here before we hope you enjoy viewing what should be familiar sights from your holiday at the Gran Bahia Principe El Portillo. On the tour of this resort you will view the hotel lobby (where the reception and many of the bars and restaurants are located), the evening entertainment area (where song and dance shows start every night around 22:00), the Tennis court / basketball court (one tennis court that doubles as a basketball court for all hotel guests to share), the Children´s Water Park (lovely water park area with swimming pool bar next to the pool), the hotels smaller quiet swimming pool, a look at the inside of the resorts Gym, a look at the Resort Spa and their Jacuzzi area, a quick view of the Bahia Scouts childrens babysitting building, a view of the Las Olas Beach Restaurant where the breakfast setting is just ending, the beachfront area between the Las Olas Restaurant and the Beach Bar, the beachfront Jacuzzi and the beach front bar, a good view of the main swimming pool including its bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, the games area which includes outdoor Foosball, two pool tables, two table tennis tables, a Pétanque and Shuffleboard court and more. We end the video in the Daiquiri Bar.

This is a walking tour of the beach which lies to the east of the Gran Bahia Principe El Portillo All-inclusive resort. The beach is called El Portillo Beach and our walk starts in the middle of the main beach area at the resort. We proceed past the lifeguard tower and make our way out towards the east end of the beach. When we leave the hotel area we even meet some kitesurfers in full action. The Saman´beaches are rather windy so this area is a true paradise for kitesurfers. Exploring the Spanish Canals in Seville
Day 2 of our road trip through Spain, we drive through some ridiculously tight streets, and venture to Seville where they filmed scenes from Star Wars and bunch of other famous movies. Parker orders some Lamb Brains at a fancy restaurant, and we finish the day with a cute little boat tour through the canals. Up next, the beautiful white city of Vejer!

48 Hours in Lisbon, Portugal | Everything to See & Do

First up we caught one of these crazy white tuk tuks up to Sao Jorge Castle to explore the medieval castle of Lisbon city but not before Mum decided to take too many selfies...
Our bellies started to grumble and we were ready to try some local Portuguese food...a paella which we now realise is Spanish (haha, we will make this mistake up for you in a future video)!
When we asked you what we should do and eat, a resounding support of the Pastel de Nata came through...you guys love your custard tarts...and to be honest we do too!
Next stop is Praca do Comercial by the sea before moving onto the famous Pink street...which... well wasn't as pink as we thought it would be!
We then stumbled upon a little street market that was selling Sangria and Pastel De Bacalhau which had an incredibly cool vibe to end our first day.
Up bright and early we decided to beat the crowds and go at 7am to Santa Justa lift to find the best views of Lisbon city.
Our biggest bucket list in Lisbon was to go to Bairro Alto to ride the old yellow trams :)
After catching up with the family again we made our way to Pena Palace to end our unforgettable 2 days in this city...and wow this fairytale palace is a must see!

We are in the town of Las Terrenas located in the Samaná province of the Dominican Republic. This is a walking tour of the town which starts on the Las Terranas main road and also includes a walk on the beach road. We where there in December and this is actually New Year (31/12). The video follows our walk up the main road where we try to give the viewer an idea of the atmosphere of this rather small Caribbean island fishing town. The main road offers tourists a limited number of shops, restaurants and excursion sale agents. On the beach road there are a few more restaurants and bars and also a very limited local shopping center. As tourists who enjoy visiting local towns in the destinations we visit we where rather disappointed with the Town of Las Terranas. Our opinion (just our opinion) was that the town lacked the local (Dominican) business and culinary experiences that you for example meet in Asia. Street kitchens etc. although local art was very abundant!! The Les Terranas area is full of hotels catering to all needs. Many of the hotels are big all inclusive resorts which are very popular with Canadian and American tourists, also the European charter tourists who typically seem to stay at these resorts for 14 days (just as we ourselves did).

This is a walking tour of the beach which lies to the west of the Gran Bahia Principe El Portillo All-inclusive resort. The beach is called El Portillo Beach and our walk starts by the hotel beach restaurant and ends at the furtherest corner in the west end that can still be seen from the hotel.
