Powidz [ˈpɔvit͡s] is a village in Słupca County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina called Gmina Powidz. It lies approximately 14 kilometres north of Słupca and 68 km east of the regional capital Poznań. The village has a population of 1,000. Powidz gives its name to the protected area called Powidz Landscape Park.
