Located entirely within Del Norte and Humboldt Counties, the four parks, together, protect 45% of all remaining coast redwood old-growth forests, totaling at least 38,982 acres . Nice RV park at the north end of Eureka, right off of US route 101. Decent sized, newer park with full hookups (30 & 50 amp service), & paved interior roads & sites. Some highway noise at night. Close to Old Town Eureka, & a good place for sightseeing both north & south of Eureka.
