Schärding ist eine Stadt in Oberösterreich mit 5109 Einwohnern.
Sie liegt am Inn, südlich von Passau, am westlichen Rand des Innviertels.
Der Inn bildet die Grenze zum benachbarten Freistaat Bayern, Deutschland.
Eine Sehenswürdigkeit ist das Stadtbild mit Bürgerhäusern aus dem 16. bis 19. Jahrhundert, insbesondere die spätbarocke Silberzeile am Oberen Stadtplatz, umgeben von einer weitgehend erhaltenen Stadtmauer mit mehreren mittelalterlichen Stadttoren. Schärding in seinem geschlossenen, farbenfrohen Architekturbild ist ein typischer Vertreter des Inn-Salzach-Stils.

14 Bavarian Cruise & Scharding Shore Excursion Viking Atla December 10 2015. In the afternoon, we took a Bavarian cruise on a small ship. The reflection in the calm water was stunning, it was a cold day on the water but very beautiful. On one side of the river was Austria and the other Germany. In the evening, we explored the Christmas market of the small town named Scharding. Different trade union had specific color so people could know which guild was inside, orange was the color for the money changer, blue was for the butcher and red for the baker.

A trail leads to the Echern Valley glacier garden with glacial potholes and Waldbachstrub Waterfall.

Lünersee Vorarlberg Brandnertal Österreich Austria Wandern
Der Lünersee ist einer der größten Seen im österreichischen Bundesland Vorarlberg in der Gemeinde Vandan.
Er liegt auf einer Höhe von 1970 m ü. A. am Fuße der Schesaplana.
Das Gebiet um den See bildet den Talabschluss des Brandnertals, der nur über schmale Steige oder die Lünerseebahn vom Gebiet Schattenlagant aus erreichbar ist. Direkt bei der Bergstation an der Staumauer liegt die Douglasshütte, die unter anderem als Jausen- und Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Wanderer dient.

Το Λήντς και η γύρω περιοχή έχουν πολλά να δείξουν τις εντυπώσεις όμως κλέβει το πάρκο Χόχε Τάουερν. Ο Αλπικός δρόμος Γκροσγκλόκνερ που διασχίζει το πάρκο είναι ένας από τους ωραιότερους δρόμους στον κόσμο, ιδιαίτερα με μηχανή, και και φτάνει μέχρι τον παγετώνα Πάστερτσε. Φανταστείτε εδώ υπάρχουν περίπου 3000 κορυφές των Άλπεων με πάνω από 3000m κάθε μια.
