Palm Springs is a huge destination for people in California and around the United States with lots of good food, adventures, and activities to explore. I have been going to the city for years, so I figured I would make this video to show you some of my favorite things to do in Palm Springs. This 2.33 acre lot( Lot 19) is located in sunny Southern California in San Bernardino County near the towns of Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and Twentynine Palms. This lot is located on Ramona Drive, just outside the city limits of Twentynine Palms, California. This lot would make a great homesite or weekend camping lot. Lot 19 is also easy to find as it is located just off Highway 62 near Twentynine Pines.

This area of San Bernardino County has been growing during the last 20 years as people are looking for affordable areas of California to live.Twentynine Pines is also the gateway to Joshua Tree National Park, which makes it a popular destination for tourists. The elevation is about 3,200 ft and the property is zoned residential, which allows for the building of homes, manufactured homes, camping, RV's and the keeping of livestock. There is no time limit to build either. There are no association fees and property taxes are only $115.00 a year. This would make a great homesite or weekend getaway.
This 2.33 acre ranchette isn't far from larger cities either. It is about 90 miles east of San Bernardino, which is the county seat of of San Bernardino County, California. San Bernardino, which has a population of about 209,000, offers many amenities including shopping, schools, a public pool and library. Snowbirds will find the warm sunshine, blue skies and the high desert lifestyle enjoyable. Los Angeles is only 150 miles away from this lot.
