Parador of Ubeda in Charming UNESCO Ubeda, Spain
The Parador was originally a 16th Century Moorish Palace. It is situated in the center of Ubeda's historic plaza. A nice Parador with spacious rooms and good food but adorable Ubeda became my favorite little UNESCO town.
