10. Modesto, California
Despite being home to the largest winery in the world, the unemployment rate was nearly 13% in 2014. Modesto ranks number one in the country for car theft and out of 200,000 residents, up to 10,000 are reported to be gang members.
9. Oakland, California
The economy in Oakland is strong with a good median household income. ($51,683.) However, home to around 50 gangs and a high violent crime rate, Oakland also suffers from high traffic congestion and poor air quality. 190% worse than the national average.

We are back in Jackson for a week or so and so you get a different season. Check out our other video shot in Winter and in 360VR. That was a fun one but cold. Now you get to see what it's like in spring after (most of) the snow has melted. We start downtown at the town square with the famous antler arches and make our way past the fair grounds and library and Fish Creek. I also point out several hotels and lodges and other accommodations as I go through town .

Jackson is a small city in the Jackson Hole valley of Teton County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 9,577 at the 2010 census, up from 8,647 in 2000. It is the county seat of Teton County and is its largest town.
Jackson is the principal town of the Jackson, WY-ID Micropolitan Statistical Area, which includes Teton County in Wyoming and Teton County in Idaho.
The town derives its name from Jackson Hole, the valley in which it is located.
The town gained significant fame when a livestream of the town square went viral on YouTube in 2016, leading to much fascination with the town's elk antler arch, its law enforcement, and its prevalence of red trucks.

* Snow King Mountain Resort: The first ski resort in Jackson and is significantly cheaper than Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Even though Snow King is cheaper it is still quite a challenging hill. This resort is located on the Southeast edge of town.
* Grand Targhee Resort: About an hour away, 42 miles, on the west side of the Teton Range in Alta, opened in 1969, it is accessed through Idaho over Teton Pass.
* National Museum of Wildlife Art: Overlooking the National Elk Refuge is the National Museum of Wildlife Art which shows and preserves many wildlife artworks. Along with pieces inside of the museum, there is a ¾ mile trail with many sculptures along it.

Grand Teton National Park
In this episode of CheapFamilyTravel ( Nick, Regan, Maggie and Kate visit Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. There are few places in the world that are more majestic than the Teton Mountain Range. We started our visit in the frontier town of Jackson under the famous antler arches in the town square. Jackson offers shopping, good food and a fun atmosphere. We visited Jackson 10 years before a went to the Elk Refuge, the National Museum of Wildlife Art and had dinner and a show at the Bar T5 Ranch. One of our favorite stops in the Tetons is Teton Horseback Adventure. This outfit takes you through rivers and to a beautiful lookout of the Teton Range. It's one of the best trail rides we've ever done. Another favorite spot is Oxbow Bend. If you time it right, you can get a beautiful picture with the Tetons reflecting in the Snake River. As with most national parks, there's lots of wildlife - buffalo, elk, moose and deer. We were lucky enough to see beaver, marmot and a bald eagle. There's lot of hiking trails. We like the easy walk around Jenny Lake because if you walk half way, you can take the boat back. Another great stop is Jackson Lake Lodge. As a cheap family, we don't stay there, but we're not above having our peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on the beautiful deck overlooking the flats and Tetons. You'll love the beauty of the mountains and if you visit the Tetons, you'll want to visit Yellowstone National Park too. It's a great family vacation and definitely a check on the bucket list.

PART 2 UPDATE:
This video was the hardest video we have ever had to edit. We wanted to take you there with us so you could feel what we felt as we unlocked the riddle as to whose stuff this was.
We also had to do a lot of soul searching when deciding what to include in the video. We wanted to do the right thing by the family, and also show how Jeff was a good guy who loved his family, but mental illness took him away.
His wife tried to get Jeff help and had him committed successfully, but each time he was released by the mental health facilities.

We visited the Sand Dunes, towering sand dunes with in the background the snowy mountains of Colorado, a fascinating spectacle.From Durango we took an old steam train that crossing mountains and precipices, brought us up to Silverton, ancient city of silver mines remained almost intact.Finally, along the South side of the Colorado River, we reached the Mesa Verde Anasazi village, all built of stone under a big rock majestic.
