Cerrina Monferrato is a commune in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 40 kilometres east of Turin and about 40 kilometres northwest of Alessandria. Its municipal borders enclose an area of 17.1 square kilometres ranging in elevation from 158 to 422 metres above sea level. The commune borders Gabiano to the north, Mombello Monferrato to the east, Castelletto Merli and Odalengo Piccolo to the south, and Odalengo Grande and Villamiroglio to the west.
