White Oak Lake State Park - Bluff City, AR – Dude RV And Crew Pay A Visit
On our 2018 trip to see family in North Carolina Dude RV pays a visit to White Oak Lake State Park in Bluff City, Arkansas. On our first day of travel we head up to Bluff City Ark just so we can visit and video White Oak Lake State Park.
This beautiful Arkansas State Park is so pretty! Ideal for fishing, camping, hiking and boating of every type! Thanks to the easy access to water this park is perfect for the mobility challenged camper. In this video I show off the highlights and notable points of RV camping in White Oak Lake State Park.
We truly enjoyed our short visit to this great Arkansas state park and look forward to a return visit to to White Oak Lake State park in Arkansas.

Point Return Primitive Camp Ground Bull Shoals Lake
If you are into primitive camping, Point Return Campground is for you! Located on a hill overlooking Bull Shoals Lake, it presents the beauty and peace you desire. There are 22 sites, each with a picnic table, a fire pit and a lot of shade. Point Return is restricted to tent and pop-up camping only. RV's will be referred to Dam Site Park. Point Return is considered primitive because it has no electrical hook ups, no water hook ups, no showers or flushing toilets. It does have an out-house style concrete restroom, nicely paved road/walk/bikeways, convenient lake access with shoreline to investigate, and abundant shade trees.
Point Return Campground is open April 1st through October 30th.
Reservations are not needed.
Dues are deposited in a lock box at the entrance to the campground.

Bull Shoals-White River State Park offers some of the best snorkeling opportunities in Arkansas. Park interpreters provide gear and instruction to explore first-hand the lake's fish, rocks and plants. The Beckham Creek Cave House was first featured on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. But, there's another side to it – the wild side, which has uncovered some unknown cave species within its depths. The Strawberry River has one of the greatest concentrations of aquatic biodiversity in North America. The stream's upper section has been designated as an Arkansas Natural and Scenic River. It's also a Preserve with The Nature Conservancy, whose motto is –'Saving The Last Great Places On Earth.'
