Explore the Markets, the many and varied shops or have a coffee in one of Port's cosmopolitan Cafes, explore our natural attractions, take a trip to the Reef or self drive to Daintree National Park. A must see is Mossman Gorge with it's gorgeous 2.8km walk around the national park, through some of the most spectacular rainforest (this is the start of the Daintree Rainforest). There is also the option of day trips to places such as Kuranda via the Train and Skyrail, the Atherton Tablelands, Cape Tribulation or even Cooktown.

Review: Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort | Big4 | Ingenia Holidays
This is a review of the Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort, which is run by Big4 Holiday Parks/Ingenia Holidays. It's a large and well known family friendly tourist resort just south of Cairns CBD, in far north Queensland, Australia.
Spoiler: If you're looking for a good place to stay in the Cairns area and you've got young children, you won't go far wrong choosing the Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort.
They've got loads of kids' activities likes water slides and go-karts and you're only a short drive from all the attractions in Cairns city itself.
We recently spent a week staying at the Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort and had a fantastic time so thought I'd share this review with you. Hope you enjoy it; drop me a like, comment and have a great holiday!
