Let's go to the beautiful Greek island of KOS and let's visit the spectacular Marmari Beach (the island's best beach). Here, we are going to find wonderful fine white sand, sand dunes and lots of people surfing and kite surfing as well.
Marmari lies along the north coast of Kos about 15 kilometres from Kos Town and a walkable distance from the neighbouring holiday beach at Tingaki. It's mostly good, soft sand with a just few stones and some shingle dotted here and there. Marmari beach is gently shelving along the shoreline so it is a fine holiday beach for families with children.

On to Season 3, Wanderlust Greece wandered around Evia and Skyros. 11 days of joyful and creative shooting brought to life to the many highlights of these destinations… starting from the iconic suspension bridge of Chalkida and heading into the heart of Evia where we discover cultural gems and inspiring nature, even an exotic coastline that resembles a tropical paradise.
We moved on to Skyros, an island of long-standing traditions and customs, and unspoilt beaches for those who value the “throw a towel on the sand and dream the day away” kind of summer holiday experience.
And then it’s back to the mainland for many more cultural and natural highlights. Running as a constant theme throughout is the mouth-watering local food and agricultural produce that represent both the destination and the people we encounter.

The truth is that the “Lady of Cyclades” is best known for its attractions, impressive buildings and Orthodox and Catholic churches … Yet the Syrian beaches are not inferior in any way from the ones of other Greek islands and await visitors on the whole coastline of the island, for endless and unforgettable dives.
We gathered the eight most popular beaches of Syros, all easily accessible with all the infrastructure to help the guests to relax and bath in the sun and the sea, in a typical beautiful Aegean landscape. Some are close to the capital Ermoupoli while others are on the other side of the island, all will satisfy even the most demanding visitors!
PAXOS & ANTIPAXOS ISLAND l GREECE. BEST TIME & TOURISM
Paxi or Paxoi is the smallest island group within the Ionian Islands. The largest islands are Paxos and nearby Antipaxos. Antipaxos is famous for its wine and two of the finest sand beaches in the Ionian Sea. The main town of Paxoi is Gaios. Paxos is an island of endless olive groves and Anti Paxos one large vineyard.
LOCATION
Paxos can be found 14 kilometers south of Corfu, 20 kilometers to the east is Parga on the mainland of Greece. And just eight kilometers long by three kilometers wide.
HOT TO GO
There is no airport on Paxos. The port of Gaios receives ferries, hydrofoils, the sea taxi and the hydro plane from Corfu. Travelers may fly to Corfu from the majority of European airports or even through Athens airport after which may take the ferry in to Paxos. Furthermore, there are usually sea planes within Corfu which might be an exciting technique to get to Paxos. Upon arriving at Corfu, site visitors can hire a taxi.
TOURISM
This island is truly beautiful, with scenery that makes it an artists paradise, its clear aquamarine sea and pebble beaches that have to be seen to be believed. Paxos is not just small in size, it can also feel very much like an island in miniature. Just three small coastal resorts, at Gaios, Loggos and Lakka.
BEST TIME TO GO
The climate is mild and rainy winters, and hot and sunny summers. The average temperature of January is 9.5 °C (49 °F) that of August is 25 °C (77 °F). The best time to go to Paxos, for a beach holiday, goes from June to August, although the weather is often still good in the first half of September. For excursions in the island, you can go from mid-April to mid-June, to avoid the heat that can occur in high summer.
