Japan Guide - Top 10 things to do in Chofu and Ajinomoto Tokyo Stadium for Rugby World Cup Japan 2019 and 2020 Olympics. Tokyo Stadium Chofu Area is host to many sporting events and a Japan Rugby Guide Series would not be complete without including this area. This Chofu Guide will show you what things to do in the Chofu Tokyo area as well where to eat in the Chofu area. The Ajinomoto Stadium itself is located close to Tobitakyu station, but it's only a 5 minute train ride away from Chofu Station. Chofu Station is a major hub station for the area not only for trains but for buses and taxis as well. The 2020 olympics should also be hosting events at Tokyo Stadium. From Shinjuku, the Keio Line will take you straight to Chofu Station and Tobitakyu station.
If you are staying in Chofu, you can either take the same train, or there’s a bus that goes straight to Tokyo Ajinomoto Stadium entrance. The bus stop is #12 at the north side of Chofu Station.

A thoroughly exquisite place in a very dignified setting. This cemetery houses the remains of both the Showa and Taisho Emperors, who rest in traditional kofuns (or burial mounds) with their wives, the Empresses Koujun and Teimei, beside them. It is an exquisite graveyard, best visited in autumn when the beauty of the surrounding trees is apparent. To reach the cemetery it is about a ten minute walk from Takao station. Takao station is located on two lines, the Chuo and the Keio.
