Children Dentist Keizer OR, Dental Sealants Salem OR, Pediatric Dentist Keizer, Rickreall, Gervais
Children Dentist Keizer OR, gives us an insight on dental sealants in this video. Dental sealant refers to a plastic resin that a dentist bonds into the grooves of the chewing surface of a tooth as a means of helping to prevent the formation of tooth decay and cavities. Tooth decay is caused by the bacteria found in teeth, also known as that white film that forms on a person's teeth. The longevity of dental sealants can vary. An adult's teeth can be sealed, although this procedure is typically utilized as a preventive measure for children to help protect their teeth during those years when they are most likely to experience tooth decay. Any dental sealants that remain in place and intact for three to five years would be considered a success; however, sealants can last much longer. Above video is created by Xtranormal. A Documentary on Local Street Artists
This short documentary highlights scenic beauty of Spokane, the Lilac city, its cultural diversity, friendliness and quality of life that brings people together and serves as an economic stimulus for business and retail services. Make Music Winter 2018 was one of the best unifying events in Spokane which blend together a multitude of people that include local artists, musicians and aspiring youth to engage with an international musical show. Participants felt a therapeutic musical vibe to join in and unwind along with a police officer, who surprised the participants and onlookers of his drumming skills and made an indelible impression that help to bring community members together. Local artists, performers, nonprofits, the media and businesses were invited to participate in this festival with focus on mobilizing youth, particularly those who are at risk youth, living on streets and have less opportunity to exhibit their talents. This documentary showcases our street talents, helping to boost their confidence and self-esteem, providing them a platform to be seen and heard.

Hillsborough Classic 1995.mpg
This is a video Lisa shot in 95 of me racing the Hillsborough Classic. Knowing the course, I started out slow (OK, I'm pretty much always slow) but proceeded to pick off lots of racers who had no clue and started out way too fast. 32 miles is a long way. I had a goal of 4 hours and if I remember correctly, finished in 3:36, which I was quite pleased with. It was my first race ever and one of only 2 that I raced in the next couple of years and then didn't race again until joining Ben on the EFTA circuit in 2006. I still don't race much, am still slow, but love to ride (see my recent Durango videos, thanks to Ben going to Fort Lewis College where he races for the FLC team).
