Our Gear:
Canon G7X Mark II: (it’s amazing and basically sees in the dark)
Canon G7X: (the original is almost as good, but less expensive)
Joby Gorillapod: (fantastic versatile bendy tripod – this is the slightly smaller “action” version that’s easier to travel with and comes with a mount for a camera and a gopro)
Macbook Air: (we edit everything on Final Cut Pro on a Macbook Air, which is light and easy to travel with)
External Hard Drive: (the videos are a little too big for the macbook air to handle, so I edit everything off an external hard drive)

Bergamo, Italy Travel Guide | Città Alta Upper City | Italia Vlog Numero Quattro
There are so many beautiful cities in Italy, that it could take years to even see most of them!
When people visit Italia, tourists usually go to Rome, Florence, Venice and Milan.
But when you explore smaller towns like Bergamo Città Alta, you will discover some beautiful gems in a less crowded city.
Bergamo is only about 40 minutes by car from Milano and is a perfect day trip when visiting Milan.
Take the Funicolare Bergamo Alta to the upper city and dine at some of the most delicious Italian restaurants in Italy and explore the Bergamo Cathedral!
We also take Jaydadrone to the air and explore Bergamo from the sky! The views are amazing!

Bergamo/ Italy - Visiting an italian masterpiece in one day - Italy Travel Guide
English Version:
Bergamo is located in the north of Italy in the beautiful region of Lombardy. Only 50 km away from Milan it is the perfect spot to stay and to make a daytrip to Milan. Visting Bergamo was a big joy for us, especially the old churches and the nice landscape was very impressive. Walking around the old venetian walls is must do for every visitor. My highlights to visit are the Città Alta with its nice Port, the Duomo di Bergamo with its amazing religious art, the Cattedrale di Sant'Alessandro Martire, the church of Santa Maria Maggiore and so much more. Dont forget to step into one of Bergamos Restaurants and get lost in italian food.
Have fun in Bergamo!!!
Viel Spaß in Bergamo!!!

One of our last stops in Italy was in Bergamo, an Italian city in the Lombardy region. The lower part of town is more modern, while the older upper district (Città Alta), is characterized by cobblestone streets encircled by Venetian walls.

Bergamo - City of the Thousands
Explore Bergamo through this hyperlapse and timelapse short film, a personal project to celebrate my home town in Italy.
40km northeast of Milan, is divided into an old walled core known as Citta' Alta (Upper Town) and the modern city below (Citta' Bassa, Lower Town).
The upper town in encircled by massive Venetian defensive systems that are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It is also nicknamed The City of the Thousand, because of the large support it gave to The Expedition of the Thousand, a corps of volunteers led by Giuseppe Garibaldi and the main event in the Italian unification.
