La Fosca is between Palamós and Cala S'Alguer. Throughout most of the year very few people live there, but in summer the population of La Fosca grows quickly. La Fosca is located at the northern end of a large bay, which is popular for swimming, sailing and windsurfing. The town is by-passed by the C31 which connects the coastal towns of the central Costa Brava with Girona. Palafrugell lies 8.5 km to the north and Castell-Platja d'Aro 7 km to the south. Travel to Cadaques, a reclusive, romantic village in Costa Brava, Spain. Only a few hours drive from Barcelona, Cadaques is most famously known as the home to Salvador Dali. Other prominent artists, including Pablo Picasso, and Joan Miró, also spent time here.

Rosas est située sur la Costa Brava, au bord de la Mer Méditerranée. Ce centre touristique est pourvu d'une offre touristique exceptionnelle et parmi ses attractions, il convient de parler de la Ciutadella.
Déclaré ensemble historique artistique en 1961, cette enceinte fortifiée réunit des vestiges des différentes occupations qu'a subies la zone. A l'intérieur, nous remarquons les restes du quartier hellénistique de la colonie grecque de Rhode, la ville romaine, la nécropole paléochrétienne, des vestiges de l'époque wisigothique, le monastère romain Lombard de Santa María et les restes de certains bâtiments militaires de la dernière occupation. De nos jours, ce lieu est déclaré Bien Culturel d'intérêt National.
