The Trümmelbach Falls in Switzerland are a series of ten glacier-fed waterfalls inside the mountain made accessible by a tunnel-funicular, built 1913, stairs, and illumination. Located in the Lauterbrunnen Valley, the creek called Trümmelbach alone drains the glacier defiles of Eiger , Mönch , and Jungfrau and carries more than 20,000 tons of boulder detritus per year.Its drainage area is 24 square kilometres , half of it covered by snow and glaciers. The Castles of Bellinzona are a group of fortifications located around the town of Bellinzona, the capital of the Swiss canton of Ticino. Situated on the Alpine foothills, the group is composed of fortified walls and three castles named Castelgrande, Montebello and Sasso Corbaro. Castelgrande is located on a rocky peak overlooking the valley, with a series of walls that protect the old city and connect to Montebello. Sasso Corbaro, the highest of the three castles, is located on an isolated rocky promontory south-east of the other two. The Castles of Bellinzona with their defensive walls have been an UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000.

The municipality comprises the major Lauterbrunnen Valley , the Soustal, the Sefinental, the upper Lauterbrunnen Valley with Untersteinberg including several glaciers, such as the Tschingelfirn and the Rottalgletscher, many Alpine meadows and peaks, such as Schilthorn, Bietenhorn, Schwarzmönch, and Silberhorn, and finally the villages Lauterbrunnen, Wengen, Mürren, Gimmelwald, Stechelberg, and Isenfluh, and several hamlets. The population of the village Lauterbrunnen is less than that of Wengen, but larger than that of the others.

The Staubbach Fall is a waterfall in Switzerland, located just west above Lauterbrunnen in the Bernese Highlands. The waterfall drops 297 metres from a hanging valley that ends in overhanging cliffs above the Weisse Lütschine.The stream, on reaching the verge of the rocky walls of the valley, forms a cascade so high that it is almost lost in spray before it reaches the level of the valley. After rain, and early in the season when fed by the melting snows, the Staubbach Fall is a very striking object. The force of the stream above the fall at such times is sufficient to carry the water clear of the precipice, and the whole mass descends in a condition of liquid dust, between spray and cloud, that sways to-and-fro with the gentlest breeze. Sonogno: Beautiful Village in Valle Verzasca!/Verzasca Vadi`sindeki Güzel Köy!

Sonogno, one of the most beautiful villages of the valley.
Dating back to 1200, Sonogno is the last village on the paved road in the Valle Verzasca. There is also the Verzasca Valley Museum in this peaceful town where the typical architectural character of the historic houses is preserved.This old bakery near the square is still in use by the community.

Here you'll find the most interesting hike routes and you can also do biking, snowshoeing, nordic skiing etc.
Tarihi 1200lü yıllara dayanan Sonogno, Verzaska Vadisinde asfalt yol ile ulaşılan son köy. Tarihi evlerin tipik mimari karakterini koruduğu bu huzur dolu kasabada bir de Verzaska Vadisi müzesi mevcut. Meydanın yakınındaki bu eski fırın burada yaşayanlar tarafından hala kullanılmakta.

Burada çok güzel yürüyüş parkurları bulabilir, ayrıca bisiklete binmek, kar ayakkabısı ile yürüyüş yapmak gibi aktiviteler de yapabilirsiniz.
