Crevillent has grown around its’ factories and around the materials that have given so much fame to its’ rugs: esparto grass, (JUNTOS), and wool. Next to their house—caves of the adjoining hills the medieval Crevillent coexist with a more modern urban helmet and a rich environment in ecosystems.
The series titled “Alicante pueblo a pueblo/Alacant poble a poble,” produced by the Image and Promotion Area of the Alicante Deputation, has the objective of bringing awareness to each of the Alicante localities in an attractive or intimate form, reflecting their particularities.

Located in a gulley, the municipality of Hondón de las Nieves is found, in the Medio Vinalopó region, sheltered by the Crevillent Sierra and surrounded by almond trees, olive trees, and, above all, vineyards.
