Sinnington is a village and civil parish in the Ryedale district of the county of North Yorkshire, England. It is located on the southern boundary of the North York Moors National Park. According to the 2001 UK census, the parish has a total population of 318 people living in 148 households, reduced to a population of 287, at the 2011 Census.The nineteenth century agricultural writer, William Marshall, was born here in 1745. The village was formerly served by a railway station on the Gilling and Pickering railway line which opened in 1875 and closed on 31 January 1953 for both passengers and freight. The International Centre for Birds of Prey, formerly the National Birds of Prey Centre, in the United Kingdom houses a large collection of birds of prey with over 60 species of owls, eagles and hawks. It works towards the conservation of birds of prey through education, captive breeding, research and rehabilitation. The centre is located at Boulsdon near Newent in Gloucestershire. The Director is Jemima Parry-Jones. In March 2013 a new branch was opened at Duncombe Park in Helmsley, North Yorkshire.

Eden Camp Modern History Theme Museum is a large Second World War-related museum near Malton in North Yorkshire in England. It occupies a former Second World War prisoner-of-war camp of 33 huts. After the prisoners left, the camp was used for storage and then abandoned. Its grounds then became overgrown. As the museum was being set up, much clearing, as well as repair and renovation of the buildings, was required. One of its buildings contains three human torpedoes and a Sleeping Beauty Motorised Submersible Canoe. The museum also has a reproduction V1.

Apollo more or less ignores him until Farouk went too far but even then Apollo does not really try to hurt Farouk he likes his play mate. Video taken 18th January. Tuesday night with the Kirkbymoorside bell ringers

Walking through the town this evening the lovely sounds of church bells emanating from All Saints Church reminded me of another group providing a much appreciated service to the town. I returned home, grabbed my camera and headed along to the church. Entering the church through a side door and hearing voices I climbed the wooden tower steps and opened a small door to find the bell ringing team hard at work. They very kindly allowed me to film their practice and Tower Captain Revd Michael Stephens took me up to the belfry where he told me about the bells and the group.

Chimney Fire at Kings Head, Kirkbymoorside

Footage taken outside the Kings Head Hotel, High St, Kirkbymoorside with four fire engines from Scarborough, Helmsley and Kirkby. The fire started early evening but was unable to be put out by the staff. The fire service was called when smoke was seen coming into rooms through the floorboards.

This marks my first parkour video at Keele University, where over the month I've been here I have been focusing on flow and technique, complete with fully healed knees! It brings me so much joy to be able to move fully and push myself again, after roughly 6 months of injury. I can say honestly that this is the first video since April without any knee pain, so I am really looking forward to exploring the rest of the University and the surrounding area, through movement :)

Whilst writing this I have been emailed by ParkourUk that an ADAPT 1st4sport Level 1 Award in Coaching Parkour / Freerunning (QCF) is coming to Stoke-on-Trent in November. Things are really looking up :)
