Driving to Berchtesgaden via Deutsche Alpenstraße
The German Alpine Road (or Deutsche Alpenstrasse) is a 270 mile long stretch of roads snaking along the Austrian border, starting at Lindau and ending at Berchtesgaden - just short of Salzburg. Dreamt up by Hitler in the 1920s and only recently fully completed, it takes in Germany's most spectacular mountainous scenery, ski resorts, castles, and sleepy alpine villages, grazing cows and onion dome churches.

Top 3 European motorcycle roads less traveled
Top 3 European motorcycle roads less traveled is a follow up to the top 3 European motorcycle tours posted earlier on my channel. This is my experience having toured most of Europe and having done the famous 3 Grossglockner in Austria, Transfagarrasson in Romania and Stelvio in Italy all Alp high mountain passes. I have decided to make this video about the less famous and often overlooked or roads less traveled on in these countries. There are of course a lot of other options that one could consider but these I think are well worth the consideration or a day trip. Highly recommended and good choice for those that are looking for true adrenaline filled adventure. Enjoy the video!
