Jimbaran is a fishing village and coastal resort south of Kuta on the Indonesian island of Bali.
Jimbaran Bay has a long beach with calm waters. It's lined with fish restaurants and backed by tropical forest.
At its northern end, colorful boats are pulled up by the lively, open-air Kedonganan fish market.
Southwest of the bay are Dreamland Beach and Balangan Beach, known for their strong surf waves.

THE BEST HOSTEL IN BALI? I found an amazing place in Jimbaran, Bali, Indonesia // 206
The hostel I'm leaving today made me uncomfortable for a slew of reasons, but the hostel I'm moving blew my expectations out of the water! My Bali Bed & Breakfast ( is a new B&B in Jimbaran, Bali. For a super low price, I got a pool (and floaty!), a comfortable quit bunk, towels, and hot breakfast. Ayu, the owner, was one of the sweetest people I've met traveling, and she does her best to make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible.
This video seems like a sponsored video, but I wanted to highlight to you guys how awesome this place was! (No, it was not sponsored in any way.) In stark contrast to the hostel I was in the night before, My Bali Bed & Breakfast was luxurious, arguably one of the best hostel in Bali.
Jimbaran, Bali is a quieter part of the southern tip of the island, a quick motorbike ride to more sought-after locations like Uluwatu, Kuta, Sanur, and Nusa Dua. I recommend Jimbaran as a homebase while exploring nearby sights, and I certainly recommend you look into booking My Bali Bed & Breakfast.

We often get asked about Seminyak and what it's like compared to other Bali spots. Whats the best cafe, or what is Seminyak village and how close can you get a good hotel or accommodation option? So we decided to re-visit Seminyak and make a new travel vlog to show some off a different side to Bali than the islands we've just visited.
Seminyak is what we like call 'gateway Bali' - it definitely is Indonesia, sure it's in Bali, but it's one of (if not the) most up market spot around. The hotels and accommodation options in Seminyak are next level, the shopping is pretty great, the cafes are amazing and it's pretty walkable.
Bali isn't really any of those things though - Seminyak is more like Australia or New Zealand than the rest of Indonesia so we sort of have mixed feelings about it.
