Description: Located just a 5-minute drive from Ubud Royal Palace and Ubud Market, Jungle Retreat Ubud presents an luxurious getaway with a private outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi access and free scheduled shuttle service to Ubud central area.
Each of the beautifully decorated room at Jungle Retreat Ubud is air-conditioned and fitted with modern conveniences like an LCD cable TV, personal safe, an electric kettle, and a minibar. There is also a seating area with a desk as well as an en suite bathroom featuring bath and shower facilities. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided in the room.
As for dining option, there two on-site restaurants. Tamian Restaurante serves a selection of hearty Indonesian dishes while Oishi Tei Sushi Restaurant serves delicious Japanese delicacies. Alternatively guests can order food through room service.
The attentive staff at the 24-hour front desk are available to help guests with arranging laundry and dry cleaning requests, airport shuttle service and bicycle rental, all at additional charges. Daily housekeeping service is available for free. There is also a tour desk where guests can organise their travels and tours around the island.
It takes a 10-mintue drive from the property to Ubud's Sacred monkey Forest. Getting to Bali Denpasar International Airport will take around 1.5 hours by car.

Pluses:
The staff at the property are very friendly and would go out of their way to give you a personal attention...Special Nia at the property was very helpfull at all times.
The whole experience was amazing. Relaxed atmosphere, close to centre of Ubud, relaxing and accomodating staff
Minuses:
Read me before booking. We are talking about a 5 stars hotel. This review is probably going to let you down.
First of all i advise you that the pictures you see listed aren't of this hotel but of the Kupu Kupu Barong (you can check it out with another booking page
The jungle has been opened later in the same area of the Kupu Kupu Barong but it's located at the same time in a bad position. The jungle hasn't what you see in the pictures apart the little pool on the rooftop next to the bar restaurant. (At maximun a 6x3mt pool). As i said you can use the Kupu kupu Barong facilities as the shuttle bus, but in my opinion it has a bad timetable, the first is at 9.00 and the last at 18.00, to late in the morning and too early in the afternoon, at the end you're going to paid for a private taxi almost every time. At last i left my towels on the floor two times to be changed but they didn't. At least a good 3 stars hotel. For the money you can find something better.
