EAA AirVenture Oshkosh is an annual gathering of aviation enthusiasts held each summer at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States. The Southern part of the show grounds as well as Camp Scholler are located in the town of Nekimi. The airshow is sponsored by the Experimental Aircraft Association , an international organization based in Oshkosh, and is the largest of its kind in the world. It is located in the southern slope of the east hill. The cave's beauty comes from its many varieties of mineral formations called speleothems. The Chicago Academy of Sciences considers the Cave of the Mounds to be the significant cave of the upper Midwest because of its beauty, and it is promoted as the jewel box of major American caves. In 1987, the United States Department of the Interior and the National Park Service designated the cave as a National Natural Landmark.

Our sire was nice for a inside loop. However we got rained out and having a five year old little girl, a 14wk old puppy, and a newbie camper almost four others we could only take so much rain. A good site would definitely will be reappeared.

Wisconsin Mountain Biking | CAMBA 2012 Festival of the Trails | Cable, WI & Hayward, WI Trail Rides

The 2012 Festival of the Trails was held May 25-27, 2012 on the CAMBA mountain bike trail system in the Cable, Wisconsin and Hayward, Wisconsin area of Northern Wisconsin.

Over the past few years Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association (CAMBA) has added over 70 miles of new single track mountain bike trails to the 300 miles of mapped CAMBA trails in Sawyer and Bayfield Counties near the towns of Cable, Hayward and Seeley, Wis. The Festival of the Trails will host a number of the events on these new recreational trails to introduce mountain bikers of all levels to these fun and scenic trails.

Tour de Trails

Self-guided tours from several CAMBA trailheads - punch your Tally card for every trail you ride and get a Swag Fest ticket entering you in a huge prize drawing. The more rides you do, the better your odds will be to win some great swag. Several guided rides will also be offered.

Taste de Trails

Sponsored by Brickhouse Cafe, Delta Diner, Lakewoods Resort, Mooselips Java Joint, Rivers Eatery, Rookery Pub. The main social event of the Festival - a casual ride on singletrack trails to a central location in the forest where local restaurants will be sampling their specialty foods.

Twi-night de Trails

Sponsored by Light and Motion A short, guided night ride will offer a different perspective on the CAMBA trails.

Technique de Trails

Riding skills will be taught to both adults and youth. Other sessions will include: Trailside Bicycle Repairs sponsored by New Moon Bike & Ski, and Pedal Driven - a mountain bike advocacy film sponsored by Becker Law Office.

Toast de Trails

Social events and activities including:
•Friday evening Meet & Greet. Sponsored by Garmisch, USA.
