Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park is a 25-acre biopark within the Pearcedale Conservation Park located at Pearcedale on the Mornington Peninsula near Melbourne, Australia. It aims to display the fauna that was found in the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Biosphere Reserve prior to European settlement as well as working towards the recovery of threatened Australian fauna. The park is open all year except on Christmas Day. The sanctuary, as part of Pearcedale Conservation Park, is an institutional member of the Zoo and Aquarium Association . It is ECO Certified at the Ecotourism level by Ecotourism Australia.

Easter holiday long weekend period is the most popular time for camping in Australia, due to weather is changing from summer to Autumn, it's not as hot as summer and not that cold as winter yet, and green leaves are becoming yellow and red, everywhere seems refreshing and glowing, and it looks like every Australian family heading out to camping sites and setting up campfire, eating BBQ and drinking Beer with relatives and friends, children are playing and people visiting nearby town and attraction places, etc...
and we went to The Poplars Camping Site in Noojee, this camp site is free camping site thus no electricity, no water supply and no flushing toilet, we need to bring water, food, gas stove, own personal potty and shower tent. Every paid and free camping sites along the way look like having a music carnival or throwing a party, crowded everywhere, many people old and young, lots and lots of children and their dogs running and playing, wow just wow... didn't expect to this extent, and we were truly having a new camping experience....
During our camping trip, we visited Trestle Historic Bridge, Toorongoo WaterFalls, Blue Rock Lake and Walhalla Historic Town...

Noojee Trestle Bridge Visual Tour (Gippsland, Victoria, Australia)

Just west of Noojee (100km’s From Melbourne) is the historic Noojee trestle bridge which was originally built in 1919 as part of a railway used to freight timber out of the district. Originally one of seven bridges of the type it is now the only one remaining due to various Bush fires over the years.
The 100 metre long bridge has been restored and is the highest example of its type in Victoria allowing visitors to walk across the entire span. A series of steps lead from the car park at the base of the bridge to the top where a walking and cycling trail has been constructed along the former railway line called the Noojee Trestle Bridge Rail Trail.

Travel Australia: A Short Doco about Steavenson Falls.

Travel Australia: A short documentary film about Steavenson Falls in Victoria, Australia.

The Falls are near Marysville which is a couple of hours drive from Melbourne. It was filmed on a rainy and misty day. It is a tribute to the many lives lost during the early 2009 Bushfires in the area.

'Steavenson' is the correct spelling of the falls. They are named after John Steavenson who first visited the site in 1862 whilst surveying the area.

I filmed, edited, narrated and performed the music in the film. It is my first using Abobe Premiere Pro CS6.

The footage was shot on a Panasonic HDC SD-900 with a wide angle lens. The beginning driving footage was shot on a Samsung Galaxy S2.

The Ada Tree

Located in Powelltown, just a short distance from Noojee, you will find the Ada Tree, a giant mountain ash that's one of Victoria's largest trees. Around 270 years old, it's about 76 metres tall with a circumference of 15 metres.
