Natural Bridge/Arch at Springbrook National Park, Gold Coast
The Springbrook National Park is located in the Gold Coast hinterland of Queensland, Australia. The Natural Bridge (or Natural Arch) is a naturally formed rock arch over Cave Creek, a tributary of the Nerang River. It was formed from a waterfall which undercut a cave beneath the waterfall and dug a pothole on top, until the two joined and the creek flowed through the cave, leaving an arch across the front.
It's an easy and very scenic walk into Natural Bridge. Swimming is no longer permitted because the cave is home to a colony of glow worms.

A Visit To My Therapist - The Movie
G'day
On January 2, 2014 I wrote about visiting my therapist and thought you might enjoy some video I shot on that ride. You can read about it here
The clip is a little over 5 minutes long and focuses on a 41km (25 mile) section of road that runs from Mudgeeraba via the Numinbah Forest Reserve to the Numinbah Valley and then south to The Natural Bridge in the Springbrook National Park.
