After so many virtually snow-less years, July 2015 finally delivered. Falls of about 10cm, possibly higher in drifts fell across much of the Granite Belt region of South-East Queensland. The town of Stanthorpe was in the thick of it, with heavy snow falling during the early morning. Not bad for just two and a half hours from subtropical Brisbane! We felt privileged to be there to enjoy the snow - the biggest since the epic falls of July 3-4, 1984. Sit back and enjoy some photos, video and timelapse of this extraordinary event... one I'll never forget.

Hey lovely people! It's so good to have you here! Great that you want to follow our adventure. At 27 January, 2016, we decided to make our big dream come true!
In these days we were 25 and 26 years old and we've already lived a couple of years together in Germany. Then we've changed our lives completely. We've quit our jobs, our flat and left everything behind.
We did spend almost one year in Australia and after that our journey turned into an open end. Now we travel the world.
